How do I make bulk purchases?

Can I order prescribed drugs?

Yes you can order prescribed drugs on our platform. You are expected to upload a copy of your doctor’s prescription to enable purchase.

How soon can I get my items delivered to me?

We deliver within 24 hours. However, to have your item(s) delivered the same day, call +2347081353099 to make proper arrangements.

Do you accept payment on delivery

We accept payment on delivery, but this option is not open to all locations/product types. Depending on the product purchase and delivery location, a customer may or may not be entitled to payment on delivery.

Are my card details safe on the your platform?

We currently use a payment technology that ensures that our customers’ details/card details are not saved on the platform, hence your details can be hacked or gotten. Thus, your card details are safe on Evolution Pharmacy platform.

What is OneHealths Returns Policy?

Prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and other non-prescription products may not be returned except for the following circumstances:

  • i. The item received is defective
  • ii. the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
  • iii. the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

We will provide a full refund/credit note based on the conditions listed below:

  • i. Order(s) are returned within 48hrs
  • ii. Order(s) must be unused and in its original sealed packaging
  • iii. Prior to returning, authorization must have been obtained by contacting the pharmacy.
  • iv. Refunds will be processed in the same tender as the original purchase
